Rule 215: Who is the Peacemaker Called Blessed by the Lord? (R. 160)
He who is the Lord’s fellow-worker, as the apostle says: “We are ambassadors on behalf of Christ, as though God were intreating by us; we beseech you on behalf of Christ, be ye reconciled unto God.”1 And again: Being justified by faith, we have peace with God.”2 For other kinds of peace were ruled out by the Lord when He said: My peace I give unto you; not as the world giveth, give I unto you.”3
