10. On Marriage with Heretics

ΠΕΡΙ ΣΥΖΕΥΞΕΩΣ ΜΕΤΑ ΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΩΝ.

Αἱρετικῇ δὲ εἰ συναφθείη γυναικὶ ὀρθόδοξος, ἢ τἀνάπαλιν, ἄκυρον εἶναι τὸν γάμον ὁ οβ΄. Κανὼν αὐτῆς διορίζεται, καὶ τὸ ἄθεσμον διαλύεσθαι συνοικέσιον· ἐπιμένοντας δὲ τούτῳ, ἀφορίζεσθαι.
